To become established thought leaders and stay top of mind with clients and prospects, Gorman Health Group (GHG) hosted webinars at a regular cadence in 2020 that consistently brought in over 400 registrants, thanks to our thoughtful and compelling marketing before and after each event. While GHG had been hosting webinars for years prior to the transition to our team, we significantly improved the process, evolved the look and feel, and added an on-demand webinar experience to extend the life of our content. We also used GHG’s reputation to help boost Pareto’s brand wherever it made sense. More details are below.

Each webinar is repurposed into an article for the website with a brilliantly designed user experience from article to form submission to webinar recording to follow up.

A reader discovers an article on our blog post with an offer to watch a recording of our recent webinar: On Demand Webinar: AEP Sales Strategies for a Pandemic & Presidential Election.

Once the form is submitted, users are directed to a landing page with the webinar recording.

A few days after that, an automated email is sent to the submitter.

This fully automated process allows us to get more out of our webinar content without significant effort to track and maintain.


2020 COVID-19 Open Forum: Q&A with Gorman Health Group

Amidst the rapid changes due to COVID-19, our team concepted, planned, and executed a webinar that brought in more than 400 registrants in 4 days. The webinar was a live Q&A where attendees submitted their most pressing questions related to COVID-19 to be answered by the Pareto and GHG experts. More than 130 questions were submitted, and the event received glowing positive reviews. It also had one of the highest attendance rates of all GHG webinars in last year.
