Pareto Intelligence is an award-winning healthcare technology company modernizing the way health plans and providers succeed in value-based care. They deliver patented analytics, technology and advisory solutions to help clients capture complete and accurate revenue, communicate critical patient information seamlessly, activate clinical and claims data, and make more informed strategic decisions. When I joined the company, Pareto was relatively unknown in the market. I was hired to build the brand, establish market position, and help the business development team secure new opportunities.

Over 3+ years, I led the evolution of the Pareto brand from unrecognized to the go-to resource for data management and analytics solutions. This included:
New website launch
Before: One-page site with little clarity on who Pareto is or what they do.
After: Full website clearly articulating Pareto’s value proposition and better emulating a modern tech company.
Evolving collateral and marketing materials to support sales discussions
Before: Inconsistent branding, no clear ownership of material maintenance, disconnected and confusing messaging
